So what’s the solution if you have trouble cooking poultry? Purchase higher quality meat! Our pasture-raised chicken retains moisture MUCH better than your typical grocery store chicken, so you can cook it longer and still enjoy a juicy flavorful meal.

Why? I have no idea. But I guarantee that you will notice a significant difference. This is true for both the white and dark meat cuts in comparison to grocery store chicken, but if you want the most forgiving piece of poultry available, try one of our dark meat cuts (drumsticks or thighs)!
